I wrote this book, I believe, to help people understand that ANYONE can draw near to God, hear His voice and build a relationship with Jesus that does not require continual access to our spiritual mentors and ministers. Many times we like to blame those who hold the office of pastors and teachers for our lack of spiritual health, and many times we are controlled or taken advantage of, by our reliance on people other than Jesus and His Holy Spirit. Unlike many messengers, I don't want to tell you what God is saying, unless He specifically gives me a mandate to do so (And occassionally He does), but I want to help you hear, understand and discern for yourself , so you can trust Him, not me!
